Stacks are essential to most DFS players success during MLB season. This article will highlight some promising stacks in prime spots to go off. Stack’em up, Sheet Squad!
My favorite stack today are the Rangers. I will continue this pick on Baltimore staff today. Chris Tillman is the same category as the other Orioles…..terrible. let’s start with Tillman and his HR problem (2.02/9) and he his in hitting conditions in a HR park…Cubs had double digits in a 3 game series. He is giving up a. 362 BAA this season and walking almost 5 per 9 (4.78). So we have a guy with control issue, who is HR prone facing one heck of a offense team with pop. I am boarding the Adrian Belted wagon today. He has great career numbers vs him (7/15 with 2 doubles and 1 HR) and he is 20 hits from 3K. I am locking him in my stack as should you. I firmly believe the rest are in play so chose 3 more and move on. Homer Mazara and Joey Gallo are 2 others I really like. That 5.43 runs expectancy is very likable as well.
Yes I am going back again tonight…they are hot and are now on a mission to turn their season around. It is hot and humid in a fantastic hitter park against Julio Teheran, who if you haven’t heard is garbage at home. He has allowed 13 HRs at home, 298 BAA and .537 SLG, that own good at all. Both sides are in play as the LHB have more HRs than RHB bit RHB have the better overall hitting numbers. If Willson Contreras is in the clean up spot again… lock him in. I also like the 3 big bats of Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, and Kyle Schwarber but I really like Jason Heyward and John Jay here as well. Ben Zobrist is in play as well.
New York Mets
The DRS MLB Sheets put me on this sheet… Man those things are handy CG/Ben. Adam Wainwright is a shell of His former self and the Mets found their bats against better pitchers this weekend. Wainwright is giving up some very high contact rate this year at 81% and is not missing those bats with a 8% SWSTR. Give me Jay Bruce, Lucas Dude, and Curtis Granderson here at what I expect to be low ownership.
Brewers are stupid good this year at hitting and surprised it has not stopped yet so let’s continue to ride them. Chad Kuhl isn’t very good vs LHB, with a .375 wOBA and .216 ISO. Look at Eric Thames, Travis Shaw, and Jonathan Villar to be those LHB and finish off with Ryan Braun for z full Brewers stack.
Good Luck tonight Sheet Squad! Hit me up with any question on my twitter or in the Slack Channel for subs!
